 Rd\, Greater Sudbury). Parking is limited so we encourage carpooling and s
 ustainable modes of transportation – plus it’s good for the environmen
 t. You can get there on bus #3 or #4\, and along the Ramsey Lake multi-use
  trail.  If you are arranging carpooling\, Smart Commute is one way to d
 o that.\n\n\n\nJoin us to uncover the hidden threat of invasive species li
 ke Phragmites and learn how you can help protect our local ecosystems—t
 ogether\, we can make a difference! Enjoy snacks and refreshments while ex
 ploring outreach booths\, presentations\, and educational material about
  invasive species identification features\, reporting sightings\, manageme
 nt techniques and preventing the spread.\n\nGuest Speakers\n\nSpecial gue
 st speakers Derissa Vincentini and Alex Pottekkat from the Invasive Specie
 s Centre will be presenting “Ontario Phragmites Action program”. This 
 presentation will touch on the biology\, and impacts of invasive Phragmite
 s\, and provide the tools required to identify\, report\, and prevent the 
 spread of this invader. It will also provide an introduction of the Ontari
 o Phragmites Action program highlighting the Ontario-wide program componen
 ts\, how to get involved and resources available. Presentations commence a
 t 7:00pm and can be viewed in-person or online (see Zoom registration link
  to join online).\n\nCALL-OUT for community groups and partners to partici
 pate!\n\nWe are looking for groups\, organizations\, knowledge holders\, a
 nd experts actively involved in invasive species work to be part of the ev
 ent and help share local knowledge\, strategies\, challenges\, and success
