Looking to make a positive difference in your community and help the environment? Need volunteer hours? Attend the Junction Creek Community Tree Planting on Saturday October 2nd.

The Junction Creek Stewardship Committee is delighted to invite the community to a family-friendly tree planting event on Saturday October 2nd from 9:30 to 12:30pm. We will be meeting by the Garson Library to plant 300 native trees and shrubs along a section of Junction Creek to restore the shoreline and mitigate climate change!

The event will follow Covid-19 safety protocols. Training, gloves and shovels will be provided along with a few refreshments.
