Junction Creek Waterway Trail
The Junction Creek Waterway Park Trail system has emerged out of the Connect-the-Creek Partnership formed in 2010. Working with Rainbow Routes and the City of Greater Sudbury, the JCWP trail system serves as a unique opportunity to connect the community to Junction Creek, promote physical activity in a natural environment, and provide an accessible way for the people of Sudbury to travel from one end of town to the other.
The trail system is currently more than 80% complete and is made up of the following sections:
- Kelly Lake Road to Martindale Road
- Martindale Road to Tom Davies Square
- Downtown to Flour Mill
- Rotary Park Trail
- Lasalle Boulevard to Maley Drive
Work on the trail system is ongoing and we hope to soon be able to offer an unbroken path across Sudbury for the entire community to enjoy.
